We consider libraries as focal points of resistance to the paradigm of education and knowledge guided by management and with mercantilist purposes. Libraries hold the secret and soul of study, of dedication to a science. Today, libraries are fully computerized and have collections in multiple formats. It would be impossible to account for the management problems that arise when there is always so much material to incorporate and/or discard. The library is a living organism that deserves to be investigated, both in its functioning and in its composition and management. For this reason, several librarians have contacted us to work together, either on the incorporation of technologies, planning and selection criteria and management in public and private libraries.
