The current crisis due to the lack of food and energy resources, which is beginning to manifest itself at the international level, is causing the political scenario to be disrupted, multiplying conflicts between different state and, possibly non-state actors for the control of the unexploited wealth of all continents.
The development of short-sighted and incomplete policies based on the lack of a deep and prospective analysis of the future scenario, which takes into account all the actors involved and the opportunities that may arise, may lead to a position of isolationism that leaves our country out of the strategic game or, without being left out of it, it can only play the passive role of luxury spectator before the eventual exploitation of resources and other strategic possibilities by our neighbors, mainly Brazil and Chile, and the rest of the world powers.
Seriously, understanding the need for renewal in the Argentine Army, to become the protagonist of the change that the country is undergoing, not to start absurd wars or interrupt democracy, but to become the guarantor of the care of the borders, research and exploitation of the Antarctic territory, as well as to become a precursor in the incorporation of weapons technology that, together with the efforts of diplomacy, will someday allow the recovery of the Malvinas Islands. With this conception of armed forces, we place ourselves at the disposal of any soldier, lieutenant, captain, general, and even lieutenant general, who may require our services.
